This Privacy Policy explains how Sol Anna Genesis ("Sol Anna," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Sol Anna website and associated features (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Wallet information. When you connect a wallet, we receive your public wallet address. This is necessary to verify which Sol Anna Genesis NFT(s) you hold and to display the correct dashboard for your Anna. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrase, and we will never ask for them.
Conversation and interaction data. If and when chat features are available, messages you exchange with your Anna, along with related interaction metadata (timestamps, frequency, derived personality trait changes), are stored on our servers and associated with the relevant NFT. This content is treated as private and is not made public or transferred to a new holder if the NFT is sold, regardless of whether the new holder selects CONTINUE or RESET.
Contact information. If you email us or otherwise contact us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data (browser type, general location derived from IP, pages visited) through standard web server logs or analytics tools, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service.
2. Public Blockchain Data
Solana is a public blockchain. Information such as your wallet address, NFT ownership, and transaction history is publicly visible on-chain by design and is not something we control or can make private. The five public metadata fields associated with each Anna (as described on the Service) are intentionally visible to anyone; your private conversation history is not part of this on-chain data.
3. How We Use Information
- To verify NFT ownership and provide access to the correct dashboard and chat history.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the personality evolution system.
- To communicate with you about the Service, including support requests sent to support@solanna.ai.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. AI Processing
Chat and personality-evolution features rely on third-party AI model providers to process conversation content and generate responses. These providers process data as necessary to deliver the feature and are bound by their own data handling terms. We choose providers with reasonable data protection practices but encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive personal information (financial details, government ID numbers, health information) in chat.
5. Children's Privacy
The Service, and in particular any AI chat functionality, is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Interactive chat features are intended to be gated behind age verification once implemented. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor in violation of this policy, we will take steps to delete it.
6. Data Retention
We retain wallet association and conversation data for as long as the associated NFT exists and the feature remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your conversation history by contacting us, subject to any technical or legal limitations on doing so.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your own wallet and private keys.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (blockchain explorers, IPFS storage providers, NFT marketplaces, AI model providers). These third parties have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
9. Your Choices
You may disconnect your wallet from the Service at any time. Doing so stops new data collection through that wallet but does not delete previously stored data; contact us to request deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
